“I really like Braum's. There burgers are typically what I compare other burger I eat against. They also have great seasonal salads. Their ice cream is good, but not the best. They do have some great flavors that I love though, like cappuccino chunky Chocolate and speculous butter cookie. Never been disappointed by a Braum's burger.”

“Boom-A-Rang Diner is a real treat . We are on a trip and wanted a real old-fashioned hamburger. We stopped someone on the street and they said where we want to go is boomarang. When we walked in the door we knew this was something special. Boom-A-Rang looks like an authentic 1950s diner and has more memorabilia then you can look at in one day. The food was great the service was wonderful and the overall atmosphere is fun. Thank you for making our trip special.”

“Basic BBQ. I prefer the more moist or shall we say fatty BBQ you find a places like Rudy's but this is good as well. It just is a little more dry in a little more firm. Still plenty of flavor and good sauces. The staff was very friendly and very nice. Definitely better than the fast food joints around and just a couple more minutes from the freeway. As a bonus there's some incredible vintage Sports Photography decorating the place”

We went through the drive-thru and the employee who brought our drinks out was more interested in talking with his friend in the car behind us we made it to the window before we got our drinks. “Delicious BBQ. Very underrated to where it's some of the best in the state. Place is very homey with a 'mom & pop' vibe. Some things to remember: They keep weird hours and aren't open on certain days. If you're looking for unlimited drink refills you're stuck with drinking iced tea. Sodas are sold individually by the can which gets expensive. Speaking of this place is a tad on the expensive side. Plates run about $12-15 bucks and it's not big portions. The ½ chicken for $7 is a great value. Overall Roy's is great despite a few minor issues.”

The catfish fillets were very good, so are the shrimp. Would come back for those. Cocktail sauce is very good, tartar sauce is different, didn't care very much for it. The fried green tomatoes are much better at the Cotton Patch, green beans are better there also. Cole slaw was OK. The 2 hush puppies were small and not great. Diet coke is good. Going to try the salad with the chopped fried chicken next time, looked really good!”
