Backdoor Steakhouse

We went there on our anniversary last night. We were glad they were open on a Monday night. The food was excellent. We had an appetizer of jalepeno poppers wrapped on bacon, delicious; steaks, cooked to perfection and good quality beef; salads were fresh and delicious; homemade hot rolls with cinnamon butter, and fresh baked
Potato. We enjoyed dessert as well. Our waitress was attentive to check on us often and it was a relaxed evening perfect in every way. Go, you’ll be glad you did.

The food and atmosphere were good. The staff was not great. My expectations are at least friendly and interactive. They stood around the bar looking at their phones. Other than that it was good

I've been here three times now and really enjoy it. Of the things I've tried I'd say the coconut shrimp is amazing (probably my favorite thing on the menu) and the ribeye was also really good. The service is as quick as they can manage too, never kept us waiting long. It's worth the little drive from Altus to get there!

The yeast rolls were fantastic, but they ran out of them on Friday night. My meal was good, chicken fried steak with ceasar salad and mixed veggies. Overall nice place.

Atmosphere was good.
Staff was great!
Prices good.
Food really good.
No complaints.
