Dixie Dog Drive-In

The jalapeno burger!!! Service is always friendly and quick and whenever we're in Ponca City this is where we go!

We had the double cheeseburger combo and taco salad. Loved them both! The service was quick and staff member was friendly. I would certainly recommend it to visitors!

Double cheeseburger basket cannot be beat! Steak finger dinner is awesome. You better believe it player!

So good. Our Dixie and BBQ burgers had great flavor without being greasy. The onion rings were some of the best we've ever had. Dixie dogs were spot on. And get a Cherry Limade - yum!

Under specialty burgers on the menu is "Jalapeno" for 4 or 5 dollars, and that's exactly what it was. No fancy sauce, no strange exotic cheese, just hamburger patties, Swiss cheese, some lettuce, and jalapeno slices on a bun.

Overall, food was delicious, service was polite, friendly, and quick, and the experience was exactly what you'd expect from a small-town burger joint. I'd definitely stop in if we're in town again.

What an awesome little hole in the wall. Carhop service, outside seating and probably the best onion rings in Oklahoma. The chicken fried steak sandwich is not great but the bacon cheeseburger is. However, you should definitely give the Dixie Dog a try. After all, it is the namesake of the place. No inside seating here so make sure the weather is nice is you intend to stay.
