McDonald's

Gave 4 stars because I noted the booth seats were not clean (but not nasty), there was plenty of staff standing around and no one greeted us but they were friendly when they helped us, and as we went inside I did note the drive thru was backed up and not moving very well. HOWEVER, The food was hot and the kitchen staff was working himself at a great pace and he was the only person to look up and offer a smile and promptly fill the large order ahead of me and get my one sandwich our quickly! Much appreciation to him and his prompt and friendly demeanor! He alone earned the 4th star! I am not a complainer, but customer service matters ???? As previous management in my job, his should give him praise.

I’ve ate at several different McDonald’s but this one has been the best tasting so far. I absolutely recommend eating there if you’re driving through Kingfisher. Pretty clean as well, seems like they’re always cleaning so that could be why. That’s good in my books so I’ll be going there again when I can.

We drove to this Kingfisher location from Guthrie, because the McDonald's in Guthrie needs help with their customer service among other things. This Kingfisher location was super fast and the food was very fresh! The girl that handed us our food was very friendly and actually asked if we needed anything else with our order before we left the window. Now that my friends, is customer service! We will definitely return to Kingfisher! Besides that, Kingfisher is a cute town with very friendly people!
