    Great service in nice atmosphere. Food is plentiful and delicious. Mashed potatoes are homemade and really good. Lunch specials are very reasonable if you get there before 2 PM.

    Decent salad bar and the steak was good. Hubby loved the chicken fried steak! His potato had seen better days though and he said the rolls were very old. Our meats were definitely cooked to order.

    The food at the Oaks is always perfect. Do you like fried catfish? The Oaks has better than the fish restaurant's. The chicken fried steak is above average, as is every thing on the menu. One of the big surprises us the more than overflowing salad bar. A meal within itself. The wait staff? Exceptionally friendly and efficient. There are no real negative to eating at the Oaks. Enjoy.
