The food was good, with big portions .
There was a little bit of a language barrier with the girl working there, and their air conditioner was broken, it was hot.

Stopped for dinner here in between towns, and so so glad we did! We were absolutely amazed at the customer service and food quality! The pork buns are to die for, and the tonkatsu ramen was super delicious. Servers were also super nice and friendly. Wish we lived nearby so we could eat here more often!

The food, OMG delicious. Had the Kimchi bowl and if my boots weren't tied my socks would've flown off. The chicken and pork buns are amazing. Very thankful this spot opened up.

Drove from Tahlequah to come try. I don't mind the price, as I know there's a huge difference between "Ramen": fresh cooked ingredients etc vs. "instant ramen" - bullion and sodium that everyone is accustomed to.

The bowls are generous portions, think Jinya size noodle bowls. The seafood ramen was okay, but I had to spice it up with some of the chili oil on the table. The facility had acceptable appearance and cleanliness etc, but I did smell burnt sesame oil, which appeared to also be the overpowering flavor of the dish. That being said I am open to trying new cuisines/restaurants and give everyone a fair chance. This may be how the food is prepared in that particular style. (I'm not a connoisseur by any means).

The broth could use some extra umami, and the protein ingredients were a little tough, but tasted okay enough. I wouldn't be opposed to waiting a few extra minutes for fresh cooked ingredients. (Also keep in mind - they appear to be running a little slow, so the quality will pick up as they receive more consistent business and feedback).

It appears to be a family owned business and I don't want to mar anyone's success based on one person's dining experience (main character syndrome does not exist in my world).

Thank you for trying to fill a niche in the area. We will be back soon to give it another go.
