    Drove to Dallas from Saint Louis for the weekend. Decided to stop at Sam’s for Lunch on the way home. It’s delicious, the jumbo shrimp was awesome, the fish was great. Batter was great on everything I tried, and Sam’s sauce was delicious. Definitely a great place to stop.

    The food was excellent; best fried shrimp and oysters I've had in Oklahoma. Staff was friendly & polite. Dining areas & restrooms were tidy & clean. They need a cashier at the front at all times though.

    Driving through we stopped. The Wait staff was nice. They were packed and we had a way to get our food but it was not an unbearable amount of time. The food was fresh and hot. My catfish, was very crispy with a nice flavor. I did find it to be a little mushy on the inside which is why I dropped my rating one star. The chicken strips, we're fantastic.
