“Unfortunately I don't remember what the ladies name was who took our order, but she was an absolutely delightful person. She was very sincere and made us feel extremely welcome. Being a store manager for another restaurant chain I can spot a "customer service smile" from a mile away. She had a real smile and was the best ordering experience I've had in quite some time. She took extra care in making my German chocolate shake. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Our food was hot and fresh and tasted great. The store was very clean and all customer areas were well stocked. The bathrooms we're clean and well maintained. The only problem we had at all, and it was very minor. The floor was slightly slick in some spots. Possibly from another customer during a busy period. I would certainly recommend this store. My only regret is I can't appropriately commend the employee who helped us order today. Great work and keep it up!”

“Just found out about this place and had to give it a try. We were not disappointed! Salsa is one of the things that makes or breaks a place for us. If the food is great but the salsa isn’t then we probably won’t go there often. However this place has excellent salsa and excellent food. On top of that the service was great and prices were very reasonable. Everyone loved their food and everyone loved the salsa. I asked and they said it’s made in house. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the service, the staff was friendly and quick. We have had just about every Mexican restaurant in Muskogee and this one stands out among all the rest. We will definitely make it a regular place.”

Prices are good, and portions are HUGE (maybe too big), but I distrust any menu with more than four specialties, and there are something like 15 or 20 items on the specialties list! As a result, the food is... fine. Just fine. Maybe even a little bland. So if you like lots of okay food for a good price, in the dark, you might like Gino's.”
