Gin thai fusion

Good spot to hang out at Edmond. Good staff good food and good place. Recommended gin rama chicken.

This place is incredible. The food was flavorful and fresh, service was prompt, and our waitress was so sweet and helpful. I'll definitely be back...to try everything on the menu.

The atmosphere is unassuming but nice, as well. The music was soft and not distracting. It was overall very clean, as well. The single woman working the front was preparing to go orders and also waiting on everyone, but balanced it well.

Food was delightfully spicy; they use bird chilies and you can tell. Aside from that, it was the perfect combination of acidic, sweet, savory, and salty. So very good!

I've ordered both To Go and dined in and both times the service was amazing. Their pumpkin curry is the best I've ever had. The pad Thai the one time I had it must've been an off day--I hope--but it just needed more sauce/seasoning. Their portions are very generous and the meat was always cooked perfectly (no overcooked seafood!). We're definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu, which had more original dishes than I've seen.

I kind of hate to give this review, because once word gets out how good this place is, we won’t be able to get a table. This is by far my favorite Thai restaurant in Oklahoma! Very nice people. Terrific service. And the food is excellent. Plus, they know how to make it Thai spicy if you want it. We were reluctant to try Gin Thai Fusion, but I’m so glad we did. It’s our new regular Thai place.

We discovered this restaurant recently and absolutely love it! The restaurant offers a great variety of Thai food and we love their lunch specials. The food is fantastic, the facility is very clean and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend this place!
