Klemm's Smoke Haus

The meat was well cooked and had good flavor. We were slightly disappointed with the sides. The okra was wonderfully breaded cooked but the deviled eggs and smoked jalapenos were both bland. My family didn't care for the mac and cheese either. It was like a white queso poured over penne noodles. Still not sure if we'll be going back.

I'll have to admit, this place is pretty legit. My husband has basically tried all the ribs in all the land and so far these are his favorite. I love the German spin on things. Its definitely a must try. And the cookies. You have to try the cookies!

You'll sometimes hear people say of Barbeque "The secret/flavor is in the sauce." But, let's be honest, it's so much better when the flavor is in the meat! That's what Klemm's is all about. They serve the tenderest lean Brisket you'll find anywhere. And, it's not just lean and tender, it has the most pleasant smoky flavor that your money can buy.

The fresh cut french fries are a festival of flavor and spice, served with just enough course Black Pepper to tease without torturing! My son and I shared a Sliced Brisket Sandwich combo. It was large enough that we were satisfied, but delicious enough that we should have ordered 2 combos!!!

The service is quick and friendly. A family owned business, they take pride in their product.

This is one place you must try. We plan on trying it again. And again....

Great sauce and bang for your buck could not be beat. This might sound weird but less cheese on mac with some seasoning would have been nice it was like eating cheese alone. The rest of the sides were all done from scratch so thumbs up. Ribs and Brisket were also good. Would recommend for any BBQ enthusiast.
