    This McDonald's location provides excellent customer service and they are super consistent. The location in Norman across from Sooner mall on the westside of I-35 where I live is horrible in every aspect. I will not even go there when I have the utmost craving. Employees/management/food just way below expectations. This Edmond McDonalds should go train the Norman McDonalds. Thank you

    The drive thru can get a bit too long here sometimes, but otherwise this is a good McDonald's.

    I just went in and these people were the nicest most professional associates in a McDonalds I have experienced in a long time. I was losing faith in the customer service for this brand but way to go! Clean store, quick service, and I’ll go out of my way to give this store my business from now on!
