No frills atmosphere, but a really good lunch. The cookies are delicious! Snicketdoodles are really good!
One of the BEST lunch spots in Edmond! Tuna Salad is amazing—only place I will eat tuna salad ???? soups, pastas and other sandwich offerings are all delicious. Desserts are off the chart! My favorites are the praline cookies and no-bake cookies, but honestly, all the cookies and bars are fantastic—homemade. Everyone who works at McClaren’s is soooo nice! One of Edmond’s little gems!
The cookes and sandwiches are delicious! Seriously. The atmosphere however is sad. Think hospital cafeteria. I think with a little tweaking they could create a much more inviting lunch spot.
When you walk into McLaren's it gives you a southern home vibe. All of the baked goods here are made from scratch, and let me tell you it is divine. Their chocolate chip cookies are to die for. I absolutely love the ladies that work here too. Everyone is always nice, and they always get your food to you pretty quickly. They have good sandwiches, but I mainly go here for the desserts.
Food is phenomenal. Great sandwiches and their no bake cookies are to die for. But the atmosphere couldn't be worse. It's so bland and just boring. If they made it a little more comfortable and cute I'd go there more. Maybe add some booths.
