Schlotzsky's Austin Eatery

I have always liked Schlotzsky's. Their Austin Eatery concept elevates the experience. They also serve beer and wine, which is a nice change.

Schlotzsky's is a really good place to get sandwiches. They are really fresh, have a wide variety of options that are delicious. Their chips are really nice too. The best thing is their staff who I've found are pretty helpful and nice. A big recommendation is the Big S Cookie, which is really good. Would definitely recommend this place!

I am so ecstatic that they opened a location so close to my house. The style and vibe they have created is a fun and spunky atmosphere. The service I receive each time is bar none. Everyone has a smile and positive attitude.

Well I ordered to sandwiches from here while on my lunch break. Malieka was being pulled in every directions but he still managed to provide excellent customer service. When I got back to work and proceeded to eat my food I notice there was a lot of foil still attached to my meat. I’m well aware of how the sandwich is prepared so it wasn’t that huge of a deal, but I wanted to tell the manager just to keep and eye out on stuff like that. When I called the store the gentleman wouldn’t put the manager on the line and then changed his voice to pretend to be someone else. That’s not a good look for the company.
