Awesome lasagna. Amazing pepperoni pizza. When they said piled high, I never imagined that! Very attentive staff too
The food is good, but the chef uses way too much garlic. I like garlic, but that was all I could taste in the Bolognese and the sauce that came with the garlic knots. After a few bites of it, it got to be a bit much. The 100 layer lasagna was excellent and didn't have the same issue. If you really love garlic you might like it more, but if you don't I'd ask the server before ordering anything. The service was good, only real complaint was the server didn't tell us the special and after hearing it from the table behind us I'd love to have tried it, so make sure you ask if they don't mention one. I'd love to go again, but I'll definitely be asking about how much garlic is in a dish before I order it.
Great food, attentive service, but limited
Menu. If you’re thinking this will be like Johnny Carino’s or Olive Garden, you will be disappointed. But if you want some yummy, basic style Italian food, you’re good to go!
Our dinner was delicious. We both ordered Cacio d Pepe, but we added salmon to it. The pasta was to die for! Simple, yet flavorful. The salmon, pretty basic, but still good.
The waiter was extremely polite and very attentive. Never did we want for anything!
Service was great. Parking in this area is limited so expect to walk or wait for parking. The atmosphere was very loud and that wasn't expected after seeing the menu and photos.
The food was great. We had garlic knots, pizza and another appetizer with mozzarella, tomatoes and balsamic drizzle over toast (can't remember name).
Server was great! We tried several items on the menu. All was good. The lasagna was exceptional. The meringue dessert was delicious.
I prefer the mozzarella cheese sticks at Upper Crust but these were good too.
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience with my husband. We had fun trying a restaurant to which we had never been.
