I have been to Vignolas 3 times in the past 2 weeks and have loved it each and every time!!

For starters, the Arancini is excellent. They are larger than most I’ve had and come served with House made red sauce.

On our first visit, I got the Free-form Lasagna. It was delicious and unique to what I’ve had at many other Italian restaurants. My girlfriend got the Gnocchi Pesto. The Pesto Cream Sauce was rich and delicious. Truly one of the best Pestos I’ve had. The second time, Chicken Parm for me, Chicken Piccata for girlfriend. The piccata sauce is a delicious garlicky flavor, and the chicken far exceeded my expectations.

On my third visit, I came for lunch and got the Chicken Parm sandwich. Honestly, this was my favorite thing I’ve had yet. The sandwich was incredible, even as a to-go order. It was served with a Large side of sauce.

I personally believe Vignolas offers a great value. Italian food is traditionally expensive- but here you get prices as low as $12 for a dish. There are many places around OKC charging $20+ for dishes that are half as good and aren’t homemade. The portions are well-sized and left me satisfied.

I have never been to an Italian restaurant that could serve out food of this quality so quickly. Most of the time, getting Italian is an hour plus excursion. If you’d like, you can be in-and-out of Vignolas within 20 minutes. However, I think it would be a shame as the decor is nice and simplistic. I come from an Italian background, and my grandfather has groomed me into being a harsh critic of Italian food. I’ve visited places all over, from Florida to NYC, which has led me to be a strict critic on Italian food. I don’t really LOVE any places in the OKC metro, but this is the first.

Support small, local, family-ran businesses and come try Vignolas!!!

This little place reminded me so much of the little cafes in Italy. All the food was very good and authentic. Hopefully some day they will serve Jewish style artichokes.

Located inside the Edmond Railyard, this quaint Italian kitchen is everything you need in your life. There is cute seating outside the restaurant (which is still inside) and also seating inside. You order at the counter and then everything else is as if you are in a restaurant. They bring your food, refill your water, and check back on you.

We were interested in trying the house made mozzarella sticks, but they were sold out. We will come again in hopes to get those(we arrived close to 7pm for reference). We did the get the arrancini(rice balls) to start. Upon cutting open, the Mozerrella had a beautiful pull to them with nicely done rice. They have a nice, mild flavor that is complimented well with the fresh marinara sauce.

My daughter got the fettuccine Alfredo. The noodles were pillowy soft and you could tell they were house made. The sauce had a delicate flavor that complimented the noodles. This isn't your heavy butter sauce you think of when you have Alfredo. This is light and delicate.

I got the Bolognese with tagliatelle pasta. Again, the pasta was just so soft in your mouth. The ragu was everything you think of when it comes to ragu. Beefy, tomatoey, and delicious.

Lastly, we got the cannolis. They were crisp and filled with alot of cream! There was also a hint of cinnamon in them. If you like cannolis, don't miss these.

They also have wine and assorted bottles drinks such as water, soda, and sparkling flavored waters. They also give you water in a cute jar.

Go support local! We will back to support this bubbly and friendly staff.
