Zambrano's Peruvian Cuisine

This was a beautiful and fun spot to enjoy a nice lunch together. This was our first visit and it was tasty. A little prices but very tasty! The plates just burst with flavor and vibrant colors. The passionfruit juice is delicious and just the right amount of floral sweetness.
The decor is a pleasant chic blend of rich culture and beautiful natural tones.
Its a must try!!

🥙Pan con chicharron was super good, has lots of meat and is a good portion. 10/10

🍰Tres leches cake is not good, it has a weird flavor.

☕️The coffe was weird too...it was coffee essence? And you have to pour it in the hot water, but the flavor is not my favorite. Idk what is it, but I don't like it at all. I'm curious how the coffee is done.

Conclusion, I am definitely coming back, just not ordering those 2 things.

We finally got to try Zambrano's tonight and from the moment we walked in I knew it was going to be good.
The restaurant is artfully decorated and super clean. Both the hostess and Aaron (manager/owner?) were very genuinely friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. And the food was AMAZING; my seafood medley was perfectly cooked--which I still find hard to find in Oklahoma--and the steak that I tried was also well seasoned and cooked expertly, with fresh sauces that complimented each dish.
My only regret is not having enough room to try dessert or one of the original cocktails! Zambrano's is definitely going on our favorites list and we will be back many times.

Delicious! We had ceviche and cilantro beef stew. Passion fruit cheesecake for dessert. Service and ambiance are lovely!

Pretty good food but also expensive for the portions you get. The food is nothing grand but it’s also not bad! Staff and service was very good and kept my glass of water relatively full lol. fyi they don’t sell coffee😭
