Fuego Taco Birria Bistro

Recently moved back from Texas, and I have to say, out of all of the birria I have tried, Fuego Tacos is hands down the best I have ever had. Every bite was filled with perfect balanced flavor. 10/10 will be coming back

Have eaten at Fuego Taco several times since discovering them earlier this year, always delicious food. Definitely a hidden gem in MWC! If you love birria tacos go check this place out!

Busy at Lunch time , cozy seating , friendly atmosphere. Birria consommé is outstanding. Full of flavor !! Sides , rice , beans, Mexican street corn are all amazing. My first time visiting. I will definitely be back. Slap the table good !!

Overall my experience here was a little average. They were extremely busy people didn’t want to wait in line because of the lack of space and crowdedness. They messed up one of my friends orders. My biggest disappointment was the wait time to order and it appears that they just use canned cheese. It would help out if they had somebody up front helping out with their doordash orders, and taking meals to their customers instead of having the cashier take the orders, bring them out the customer and handle the to gos.

sooo good & fast it took them less than 10 mins to have me and my 2 coworkers food ready. they were very friendly and clean. all this for $12 are you kidding me some of the best birria tacos i’ve had at the best price! go check it out!
