My husband loves Japanese food. He kept saying he wanted to try this restaurant. We passed the place often and finally it was opened earlier this month! And we did lunch today. Had a good time chatting with the Hibachi Grill chef who prepared our Hibachi Shrimp, Hibachi chicken, fried rice and fried mix vegetables. It was all good, except the mix vegetables had a little too much soy sauce on it which made it a little too salty for me. I should have reminded him to limit the seasoning. Loved the miso soup and the salad with ginger dressing. Nice restaurant and friendly staff. Maybe we will try other food on the menu next time.
Beautiful restaurant. Good wait staff. It is obvious they are new but this could become a favorite place. He food was great, the chef did well. He even did a couple of things I had not seen before and I eat at several habachi restaurants. The owner is very friendly.
Nice new restaurant. We ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi with fried rice. Steak needed more seasoning. The fried rice was good. I really love their meso soup. We also ordered the Meiji sushi roll, it was okay. The staff was very friendly and professional. Definitely advise everyone to give this place a try.
I went to the newly opened Meiji Japanese Hibachi, Sushi, and Ramen for dinner last night. It was amazing! They are in the same building as Fuze Buffet near the Warren Theater. Great show, great food, and during the week you can do the lunch Hibachi for of $8.99. If you get a chance..go try them. You will not regret it.
This fresh and new hibachi, ramen, and sushi restaurant in Midwest City was perfect to have an impromptu birthday celebration for my friend. The hibachi area offers plenty of space for a party, but is also perfect for a dinner for two. The sushi portion of the restaurant was beautifully styled with natural wood tables. The restaurant staff were all courteous and welcoming. We enjoyed the hibachi dinner tonight. The chef was entertaining and the food was delicious. Everything was fresh and seasoned just right. We had steak, chicken, and shrimp with our dinner and it was all cooked to perfection. The veggies were fresh and not over cooked or over seasoned. We were lucky enough to be there earlier in the evening and while this place is new, so we enjoyed our hibachi show without many other patrons there. However, I hope others come check it out and it becomes a staple of this growing area of Midwest City. I'm excited to come back to try their sushi and ramen menu as well.
