On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

Had a wonderful server ( Robert) he was very helpful and attentive took care of us and smiled and talked with us .we enjoyed our visit very much and if in the area will stop in again and will definitely ask for Robert. Thanks for the positive experience and good food

We both love On The Border and stop frequently at various locations as we travel with consistently good food & good service. Our experience at this location, though, was not good. Let me start by saying the restaurant wasn't busy at all- only two other table besides ours were full and no one sitting at the bar. 15 minutes after ordering drinks, I reminded the waitress that our drinks hadn't been brought to us yet- she started talking bad about the bartender and how slow she was. She asked for our food order and we reminded her she hadn't brought us menus yet. My husband's water was empty over half of the meal, and never offered a refill. Food came out quickly, but, for the first time ever, it was barely warm, just "okay", and a large amount left on the plate. I can't say we won't stop at other locations in the future, but we definitely will not be back at this location. Maybe it was just an off day, but the food was mediocre, at best, and the service was even worse.

Me & my family came in with my papa for Father’s Day last Minute! Our waiter Roberto was so kind and helpful with helping my dad with the menu. I wish we didn’t live so far, we would come back! Drinks never empty , always smiling , and food came out in a reasonable time. Thank you for a wonderful feast for my papa on Father Day!

This was a last minute date night with my husband. We sat at the bar to avoid the wait and it was really nice. The bartender was not the usual one there, but she did a great job for being thrown into this position. We shared a meal and appetizer and the staff was really accommodating to that. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Thanks for a great night.
