Awaji Izakaya

The food was good for the experience. Getting to try seasonal market fish isn't common for sushi places in Oklahoma. But as pricing goes, I spent $80 and my boyfriend $100.

It exceeded my expectations! Great place. They have the best Karaage chicken I've ever had. The 8nblue fin tuna roll was phenominal, and the snow crab roll was also excellent! If you like sushi, check them out. I will be back.

Holy moly. This is the best Japanese restaurant I ever been to. Service by Mr Noah was impeccable, the food was amazing, the drinks were outstanding. The environment and chill atmosphere is precisely what my partner and I were after. The prices were more than reasonable. Even though it’s a new establishment, it was absolutely phenomenal. We WILL be back soon, count on it!

I love this place. The food is always on point and the staff are always kind and helpful. We've gone on a regular night for dinner and learned of the Omakase dinner they host so we decided to go for that as well. Worth. Every. Penny. Lovely night, amazing food, beautiful presentation. Each dish was awesome. Yo Pablo who was in this spot before was alright, but these guys took it to the next level and I'm excited to have them around.

However, the true star of the show was the Volcano Roll - a culinary triumph that left us speechless. What truly set this dish apart was the tantalizing sauce that coated the roll. It was a flavor symphony - rich, creamy, and delightfully spicy. I must admit, I have tried many Volcano Rolls in various Japanese restaurants, but none could hold a candle to the one at Awaji Izakaya.

The service was impeccable throughout our dining experience. The staff was attentive and courteous, they ensured that we felt comfortable and taken care of, which added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
