Big Biang Theory

This is why I’m fat! I’ve have eaten at their food truck what feels like over 100 times, it’s my favorite by far. Needless to say, I have been waiting for them to open a restaurant for years! I went to their soft opening and the food was fantastic and the service was great. I will contine to frequent their restaurant and their food truck, because it is that good! If you haven’t been to either, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! I tell everyone about their food and I haven’t let anyone down yet!

Went around 12:30pm. Already out of chicken jalapeño egg rolls. Still not very organized there is no host in front to greet you or tell you how long wait is. Seems like the waitress was overwhelmed with sitting people down, taking orders and cleaning tables. I tried curry noodles they were okay. Noodles hard to eat with the plastic chopsticks. I did like mural art In restaurant.

I thought the food was okay. I had to add a little salt. The idea of the made from scratch noodles were good however, the portion I had was very hard to eat due to the thickness and texture. Also with the greasiness of the food.. wooden chopsticks would have been better.. the plastic made it hard to pick up the noodles. The meat was very tender. I did eat it all.

Ate here on opening night. This place was rocking it. Food was hot, fresh, and made it out quickly. I was very impressed with the speed and service for an opening night new restaurant. The food was amazing, definitely get the jalapeno chicken cheese egg rolls to start. I had the spicy chicken curry for my main dish and it did not disappoint. Food was absolutely awesome and looking forward to returning for another great meal. Welcome and congrats to you all on your opening.

I’m so excited for the grand opening! I got to attend the soft opening tonight and since I already love their noodle dishes I tried something new. The One Way Fried Chicken was delish and the egg rolls were great as per usual. The atmosphere was super chill too. I’ll be back. A lot. I’m so happy for you guys!!!
