Callahan's Chicago Grille

We had Callahan's food truck out for Spring Break and it was a hit! Our guests and employees loved it, the smash burger in particular was incredible, and we couldn't have asked for kinder service. Thank you all!

Went looking for a good hotdog and i found one , I got a Chicago and chili dog both very good . The owner was very nice also and gave me my fries for cheap since it was my first visit (THANK YOU). The Hotdogs do have the snap when you bite into them which is lovely . I'm giving a 4 here tho only due to prices being a little high and they are premium dogs but i just can't justify paying that much for 2 dogs all the time . But the food is wonderful and this will be a go to once in a while for me !!!

Was needing a good dog. It had been too long. Callahan’s Chicago Grille is almost perfection. I had the Chili Cheese Dog, Voodoo Dog, and Crinkle Fries. All of it was spot on. I did not get one flimsy fry. They were all crispy with soft potato inside. The Voodoo dog has Andouille Sausage with a spicy slaw. That slaw is not too spicy, but adds just enough kick to it. The Chili Cheese dog takes me back to the good ol days at a sporting event. Great spot that needs more love! The staff is especially nice and helpful. It was Sunday Brunch at the Parlor so they had a DJ and everyone was dressed up nice.

It’s hard to find a good Vienna around here, being from MI, I have the first taste in hotdogs and I was highly impressed with the selection and the Vienna itself was tasty ✨
