Clark Crew BBQ

160 to feed 8 takeout, was actually only enough for 6 med eaters. Super cool looking building. Wall of awards. Shocked at price for what sizes you get, not comparable to older chains in quantity. Great BBQ is my thing, it's good, Good thing I checked order, missing okra. Menu doesn't show sizes of sides. That was disappointing. HOWEVER, I shared with manager what I felt and gave me double the sides. So I give it a 5 for Great business sense and customer service.

Wonderful atmosphere and service!! We went around 1130 a.m. and got right in. Very clean, spacing was fabulous. Super friendly and attentive staff. I was informed their menu is changing, but awesome choices. I highly suggest the cheese curds!

Clark’s BBQ was perfect. Service was tremendous. I ordered the three meat platter. Ribs, Pull pork and the brisket. I was told by my server the burnt tips are his top choice but they sold out by 7pm. Will definitely have to go back to try those burnt end. The corn bread was perfectly moist and just breaks apart when you eat it. The Mac and Cheese was creamy and delicious!

Probably the best BBQ in town. Love the deviled eggs the best I've ever had. The small sweet pickle they have on the bottom is amazing compliment to the bacon topping. The sauces they have for barbecue are also super awesome.

Negatives first: my food came out cold and we where the second in the door on opening day. We placed a To Go order and that took for ever and when we got home with the order, the corn bread was missing and they left out the burnt ends. Service wasn't great but hopefully that will improve with time. Now the good stuff!! Food is very good. The burnt ends and mac n cheese are amazing, even better than Butchers BBQ. I also go the smoked Turkey which was cold, was still very good. The pork was ok, had to put BBQ sauce on it to make it better, Butchers pork is better. The Corn bread is more like a dessert and very good. I personally didn't like the baked beans, would take Butchers over Clark BBQ here as well. So all in all I think the small things will get fixed and improved and I will be going back to enjoy a nice atmosphere and good BBQ
