(May 11, 2019, 3:27 am)This cold stone is the best I’ve been to so far...the service tonight was incredible smiles and good attitudes. There was one worker in particular who made my experience here better than all the others... her name I believe was Madi?? Or maci, but she was the sweetest person...greeted me with a smile when I came in, asked how my day was and just made this trip unique and special. I will definitely come back if not for the amazing ice cream this amazing customer service

(March 13, 2019, 11:50 pm)Was happy to see all the new additions to the menu (watermelon sorbet, coffee drinks and ice cream cupcakes!) and Jacob was the most cheerful, helpful and confident young man I have come across in the service industry in quite awhile. Thanks so much for a great experience!
