Love this place. Food is always awesome and it's nice and clean. And the $1 big cup is a great deal

First things first, sausage is always great with a nice smokey flavor! 5 stars all the way with the Polish Sausage. Now I myself have worked in several BBQ resturants featured on Food Network and I have to say the brisket was dissapointing. The way the man with many piercings prepared my brisket was less than desirable. When asked for marbled brisket, the meat has to be rotated to get solid even slices from the head of the shoe. Instead he told me he can't rotate the meat because its against company policy. Instead he cut the brisket with the grain making extremly dry spaghetti brisket. Although it was not all the way his fault ( the brisket was extremly trimmed) It did cause for much waste. Maybe retraining is in order?

Always wonderful every time a visit. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. The ribs were a little tough this time but had good flavor. I will be back!
