Firehouse Subs

Look I know its not soup season right now but seriously I was so very sick and all I wanted was soup. They didn't have the soup that was advertised on their menu and when I got back to my hotel to eat the soup it wasn't even hot. One was a little warm but the other was potato soup and it was cold enough that the potato base was more like mashed potatoes than soup. My husband had to heat them both before I could eat them. The chicken and dumpling soup was ok but the vegetables in it were not even fully cooked. The loaded baked potato was pretty good but again the potatoes could have been cooked longer. It definitely wasn't as good as I wanted but it was alright.

First time there, we'll be going back as I discovered their quality was higher than any other sub shop I've been to. I especially appreciate the large selection of hot sauces and the coke freestyle machine. And of course it doesn't hurt that they have a charitable cause underlying the profit motive.

Subs here are always great. Freshly made exactly as requested. Love their house BBQ sauce. This was a quick stop while in town. Highly recommend to all.
