Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Great service! The day shift ladies were so wonderful and helpful. Plus our burgers were fresh and delicious!

This was my first time actually eating at Freddy’s and it wasn’t bad. It reminds me a lot of Steak & Shake! I got a chili dog and my husband got a burger. The burger as good but I definitely couldn’t personally eat a whole one since they’re so greasy, haha! The fries were really yummy. And I loved the custard! I got a turtle sundae with bananas and I’m craving one just thinking about it. Service was decent and the restaurant was pretty clean. I’d definitely come back for the custard!

The service at the this place is phenomenal. Whether I order from the drive thru or go in, they are the most pleasant employees!
Food is always great and the store is immaculately clean.
I wish more restaurants had the same service.

Probably my best fast food experience ever. All staff were extremely kind, polite, and smiling from ear to ear. Came to our table and cleared things for us more than once. Brought the treat we ordered to our table after we were done eating and then even came and cleared the table again after we were done. Then on our way out, a very nice wish for a nice day. All other restaurants should take notes from this place. It deserves 10 stars.

I am blown away all the time I come here by the service they offer. They are so friendly and inviting. And the store manager Jackie is super nice. The good quality is superb, highly recommend the original if you have never eaten at Freddy's before. And the cherry on top is their desserts, a nice way to top off the meal. I recommend the PCB concrete.
