    I gave golden chick 5 stars because it's 1 of my top place to get good fried chicken, however it seems lately they have been going down hill fast. Now let me tell why I say this, first and foremost when I went inside I did not receive a greeting, not only did I not receive a greeting the lobby was so dirty, the display case was covered in fingerprints, the men's room smelled of chemicals and trash all over the floor. I received my order and when I returned home my food was over cooked, the rolls (that I love so much) was cold as if they had been sitting forever. It makes me sad to see golden chick going down this path of destruction..

    My family loves golden chick! Yummy food! However, last time I got home without my okra. So, today when I got in my truck to leave I remembered to check my bag of goodies. I didn't get my rolls. I went back in to tell them and the young lady said she needed to see my bag. I went back out, got my bag of food and brought it inside to show them. If she thinks I'm trying to pull a fast one on them wouldn't I just leave the bag of rolls in the truck. As I was was approaching the counter to show her I didn't have rolls in my bag, she was on her cell phone and a nice young man was headed towards me with my rolls and apologized. Check your stuff y'all! ????
