Grandy's

This crew wants everyone to have a GREAT eating experience even at the drive thru. Thanks so much for being so kind to me. I appreciate it.

We went to Grandy's for a quick bite to eat during lunchtime. I felt like ordering a chicken fried chicken sandwich. I normally enjoy them along with fries and a drink. I ordered the sandwich dry. When I received it there wasn't any lettuce or tomatoes on the sandwich, so I had to go ask for them. They mistook dry for plain. The sandwich was not as good as they use to be. The iced tea wasn't good either. It didn't taste fresh.

I’m an everyday customer or anyways untill I moved. You shouldn’t give customer’s a hard time if they ask for fresh food. Or tell them it’s fresh and it’s not.

Update: since I’ve been back I dined inside so they were forced to comply with actually giving me fresh food, I think I did hear them complain about getting tea instead of water though., y’all shouldn’t complain especially after that time I asked for fresh food on the drive through and you gave me what had been sitting there more than likely updated to a 3 star from a one ????

Love this chicken. Great food, service and prices. You have to get the cinnamon rolls. Fantastic sides selection and portions.

Was very nice. The food was really good. Well all except for ,when we ordered we ask for extra rolls. An we only received 1 each. But they was having karaoke an that was very nice. Nice supper an nice music to boot. Will definitely go back again.
