McDonald's

The level of reviews I post is when I have EXCEPTIONAL service, or TERRIBLE service— no in-betweens. But this morning I had an awesome experience thanks to an employee named Andrew. I don’t eat beef or pork, which is in every breakfast option on McDonald’s menu. This morning I requested the breakfast tacos WITHOUT the meat. Now mind you, every single McDonald’s I’ve ever visited told me that there is no way to just have a egg and cheese burrito, which would always force me to order and egg biscuit/muffin with no meat. I expected the same response today. Andrew’s response was, “I don’t think we can do that but let me check.” Those 3 very important words— “LET ME CHECK.” Like, THANK GOD for someone who actually attempts to see it something is even possible before they say no, instead of being lazy and careless. Customer service check mark #1. Then Andrew comes back and says, “yes we can just make it and egg and cheese burrito.” He then proceeds to ask whether I would like to make it a meal, instead of assuming I wanted a meal— customer service check number 2. He was so kind and patient during this whole ordeal you would’ve thought I went to Chik-fil-a. Typically McDonald’s workers can be unfriendly, unhappy and just overall RUDE— dispute the happy individuals on their commercials. Customer Service check number 3 was that he was happy and smiling and just seemed like he was in a good mood which is hard to be at 7:30 in the morning with customers asking you for special requests lol. This McDonald’s went above and beyond today and I appreciate everyone who was involved in the making of this order! Hats off to you! And make Andrew a manager because that is upper level service! I did ask this individual his name because he deserves to be bragged on. From Dallas to OKC— I know which McDonald’s to stop at now when I’m in town!

Always same good fast foods. Great sharing time with friends and not being rushed out

Super nice and friendly staff. I heard they changed manager and i can already tell the difference. Staff seems happier and the environment around them seems more laid back. I’m glad they changed managers because sometimes when i would go i would always hear this super skinny lady with braces yell at them with no compassion. I believe her name was Maribel, i confronted her one time and told her not to scream at her staff. She was so rude to all the staff. I go their every morning and I’m happy to see the staff happier!

The service was fast and friendly during the breakfast rush. My daughters enjoyed their food. The iced caramel coffee for me was delicious!!
