Wow! Very good food and a much needed great breakfast place in Midtown. Food was HOT and very tasty. I will definitely be coming back. Thad was a great server and everyone was very friendly.
Why only 4 stars? Here is my only complaint. I ordered the Hot Jam Biscuit and while everything tasted amazing (especially the breakfast potatoes), there was very little jalapeno-peach jam on the biscuit. It was the first thing I looked for because I wanted to taste that first. I guess I'll have to ask for extra jam in the future. Neighborhood JAM, bring more jam next time.

The food and drinks are great! I’ve dined here three times and try something different on each occasion. My absolute favorite items are the English muffins with apple butter and jam and the Heap—so yummy. The service is overall pretty good, but not the best. On one occasion, we were sitting at our table for 20 minutes before our server took our order, while the party at the table directly next to us arrived 5 minutes after us but was served immediately—15 minutes before us. We had two different servers: one was prompt, the other was very late. Once she did arrive, her service was attentive and excellent. On another occasion, I was seated at an outside table directly in the wind (not a smart move by the hostess). Because the table was so far out in the windiest area, the wind knocked down the menu multiple times, which knocked down my cocktail, spilling it all over me. It also knocked down my glass of water twice. It was a terrible experience, but not exactly the restaurant’s fault. After a few minutes of sitting in the liquid mess that the wind caused, which was embarrassing, my server finally came over and did what she could to improve my experience. She was great. Overall, Neighborhood Jam is a nice place to eat, but next time I will ask that my table is not in a windy area!

Amazing brunch and service today. Definitely try the special, “ Chilaquiles”- delicious! If you want sweet brunch, Banana pudding pancakes- yum! Macy was our waitress. Very sweet and attentive. Overall, a wholesome experience.

We came here on a Tuesday morning and it was very busy, but luckily no wait. Kirby was fantastic at making us feel welcome and describing all of the food and drink options (would highly recommend the cinnamon roll pancakes!). The servers and managers all seemed to work together to assist all the guests - very nice to see a teamwork focused environment. Thank you Neighborhood Jam for such a great experience!

Absolutely fantastic. Great atmosphere, great food, great and helpful staff. What more could 2 adults and 4 kids ask for on a cold snowy day.
Really would recommend Neighborhood Jam on any day.
