Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am so pleased with the new manager. She was pleasant. She is working diligently to improve the cleanliness in the store, the quality of food served, and the professionalism of the employees she supervises. My main issue on this occasion was the lack of specials. Popeyes advertises several specials but this location rarely has them. (TY AA female manager with dreadlocks.)

I'm only giving this location a 3 because the food is good as always but this time, the man on the front counter kept complaining that he doesn't need this job, his other job pays more (I could only assume his relief did not come in for their shift so he was asked to stay longer). The order taking was a quick process I must say. He was able to give us our order with no issue with the coupon we gave. Now on to the food, as I said it was good, but it wasn't correct. I love the spicy chicken. I'm ok with the mild that I got, but I love the spicy more. My box itself had a big ole foot print right on the top like as if they stepped on it and picked it back up to reuse later on. I did not notice until I opened my bag a couple blocks down the road. If this is what they do to the outside of their food containers I cant imagine what they do with the actual food.
