TLDR: A solid option to scratch the fried chicken itch
I've been here several times. I pretty much always get the nashville chicken. The chicken itself is a solid 4/5. Juicy and tender, decently breaded. The fries are sort of the miss here. Also, they're a bit of a victim of the location (inside of parlor), and the food is pretty messily plated. The hot sauce always soaks the bottom of the tray/box, and makes the fries soggy and sort of kills the breading.
Still a solid 3/5 place I've kept coming back to.
The front counter, I think she may own it; but she was so so sweet to us. Very patient and helped us choose sauces. We got 4 different sauces to try. Not too crazy about any of them. Loved how big and fresh the chicken is. My husband got the chicken and waffles. Okra was pretty good too!
Awesome location though, being in a food hall.
Customer service is on point and food is always made fresh to order. The tenders are a nice size and well seasoned. I also like that you have options when it comes to dipping sauces. Fries are nice and crispy just how I like them. Waffles are fluffy and they arent stingy with the butter and powdered sugar either. If you're ever in Parlor definitely stop by and try their food.
I had the honor of eating at the food truck and man were they good!!
Everything was really good, the fries were perfect, all the chicken was good, and the bread was soaked in the sauce making it scrumptious.
This place is so much better than canes or any chicken place I’ve been to for that matter.
