I went here specifically to get the whole fish that a collegue enjoyed for lunch a couple of weeks back. It was delicious! The waiter accommodated my request not to bring all the sides with professionalism, and throughout the visit was responsive without disturbing us. There is a range of options here, from what I had to more typical fare like enchiladas with rice and beans. What I've seen and heard during my two trips has so far been positive, and seems a viable option for groups where people have differing needs, including children.

Always pretty good texmex. Quality is the same from visit to visit. No amazing but still good.

Ordered the San Marcos Dinner which includes two enchiladas and a tamale. Wife ordered the tacos. Both meals were hot, fresh and well prepared.
The portions were very large. And the meals included complimentary homemade tortillas. A+++
The server was extremely attentive. My drink was immediately refilled.

    I will definitely return.

(The bathroom could use an update. Also, the dining area could have been more clean)

San Marcos is not bad, but doesn't do anything particularly well. The salsa is a bit too watery and the cheese sauce wasn't a hit. The entrees are large and taste good. My chimichanga lacked a little crispness -- it was basically a large enchilada. Plenty of cheese and sauce though. My sangria swirl was tasty, but not quite frozen enough. I would have been very satisfied if my meal had cost about $15, but it cost $20 even as a weekday lunch.
