All the great service and quality you come to expect from Starbucks, but the drive-thru and parking lot were poorly planned. The line to get in the drive-thru prevents neighboring businesses from being accessed and it often extends out into traffic on Penn. Those trying to leave the parking lot are often blocked in until someone in line is kind enough to let them out. Really terrible location, but otherwise everything else is top-notch.

Normally very fast friendly service, not today. Also the last three times we have been in our order was not made correctly. However it was not noticed till we got home. Tried calling and got a busy signal.. we understand and will always come back. Hopefully it's just a fluke

I ordered an espresso Frappuccino with sugar free vanilla and coconut milk. No one has ever really been able to make it taste right like they did. It was amazing.
