Sunnyside Diner

Sunnyside Diner is a great throwback style diner with wonderful comfort food. The atmosphere is open and very diner feeling, but a lot cleaner and cuter. The meat loaf is an original creation and is unlike any you have ever had.

Service was a little slow but well worth the wait. It's a clean , nice , and personable place to eat. Great food...

Went to Sunnyside Diner #3 located at 9148 N MacArthur Blvd, OKC today for the first time. All I can say is... awesome on all levels! The service was great, food was more than abundant amount on the plate, the new decor was fresh, airy and pleasant with an added outdoor patio, the hospitality was warm & welcoming, and Max and his staff were terrific and greeted us with a genuine pleasant smile. Did I miss anything? All round great meal and atmosphere and I will definitely go back. Also, now open for dinner too and the restrooms were CLEAN!

Overall, eh. It was a long wait for the food once we were seated. I’m not one to usually complain, but, how do you mess up breakfast food. I ordered over-medium eggs with a breakfast plate, and they came out essentially raw, with the clear whites surrounding a completely uncooked yolk. Like, not even just over easy, but raw. They did quickly bring out another properly cooked pair for me, though, which was nice.

While we did come at a very busy time, it’s not a massive restaurant, so I feel the wait was excessive. The food is somewhat overpriced as well. I think the gold standard for a diner in OKC Metro is The Diner in Norman, and this place definitely pales in comparison.

This place isn’t necessarily the worst, but it’s definitely not the best. You are mostly paying for location.

This place is just about everything you want in a diner. It has friendly waitstaff and very pleasant atmosphere. My coworkers and I really enjoyed ourselves. The food is delicious and ample so bring your appetite. They even have a vegan menu!!! Thanks for having such a great place that makes me feel at home, even though I so far from it!!❤❤
