    These are definitely the best tamales in OKC that I have ever tasted but I have only visited this restaurant twice. The first visit, I took home some chicken tamales and they were so delicious that I went back with my boyfriend the very next day for more XD The second visit, I noticed that they were prepared significantly different (by a different cook, I'm thinking? There was a lot more masa than filling and they were MUCH spicier than the previous dozen). They were definitely much spicier but still yummy so I ate them and my stomach was upset for the remainder of the evening and the following morning and I haven't been back since. I would visit again, but there is definitely a part of me who wants to get to know the staff and their schedule so I can learn which chef's cooking I enjoy more and what days/times I should visit lol.

    The tamales are delicious..filling ..gluten free. Their corn with everything is addicting! My daughter had raved about it n boy was she right ..found out about it by accident but Will be going back...many times!! Mmmmmm

    A FAVORITE SPOT! We've bought here for years and probably the BEST tamales we've had anywhere! Always hot! Always fresh! Select spicy or mild. Today we ordered half chicken and half pork and went to Hefner park to enjoy them. These are a favorite of family and friends and we Highly Recommend them! Nicest staff and owners! This is a DO NOT MISS PLACE TO ENJOY!

    Let me start by saying that I do enjoy tamales, but this place is seriously out of this world. So, soooooooooooooo delicious. I've tried the pork, chicken, and cheese, and I can't choose a favorite. Price friendly, and whoever makes them absolutely knows what they're doing. Most definitely will make this my tamale spot! ❤️

    My favorite place on earth. The cheese tamales are the greatest thing I've ever eaten in my entire life. I am in a touring band and I love food. I have eaten at various food places all over the country; coast to coast, top to bottom, and everywhere in between, and El Patio is definitely my absolute favorite.
