The Melting Pot

This additional weight on my hips will be around for a while. Getting that weight put there at the melting pot was amazingly intense. I don't know that I have ever had this kind of experience anywhere else. Cheese and chocolate make the experience.

Too bad you cannot rate 1/2 stars! I give this restaurant a 4.5! Me and my husband went for our anniversary. We wanted something different, something special, this place absolutely was romantic, very professional, it was our first time and our waiter was awesome at explaining the menu and he was super funny (I think his name was Enrique, maybe). Our loaded potato cheese fondue was great! And I’m not even a cheese person, the pretzel bread was my fav thing to dip in the cheese, so soft, so fresh! We had small salad, and then our main course we cooked on a grill at our table, the steak was awesome!!! Just melted in your mouth, next time we’ll definitely order the steak lovers. Our dark chocolate Dulce dessert was my favorite, it was so decadent, I love sweets and I love cake, so many choices of dipping things in our chocolate, I was impressed. The only reason I want to take half a start off is because as much fun it was to cook our meat, and it was delicious, there was no sides. No steamed vegetables, mash potatoes or anything. It was just meat.. we spent $125 (including tip) it was definitely pricey but it was an experience and we had a blast!

This was a very interesting place. We went with the 4 course option that included dessert. If you dine here, plan on spending a lot of time. Our total time was 3 hours from start to finish. That is okay, had lots of time to talk. Each course is prepared, after 1 is finished, starting the the cheese fondue that we selected, then prepared at the table by the waiter. Next is the salad, of which there are several choices. The main dish, which you pick what you would like, then cook it yourself at the table. Finally the fondue dessert. The place is very clean, and the staff attentive through out.

Delicious! We sat in the bar area; if you want the other area, make a reservation. But we were very comfortable! The 4 course meal will feed 2-3 people. Great service, great food! Fun experience.
