Urban Teahouse

Urban Teahouse has always provided excellent customer service and delicious tea! The owner, manager, and staff are all very friendly and they make an effort to learn your name and remember your favorite order if you are a frequent customer. I highly recommend stopping into this cute local shop if you love a variety of loose leaf teas. They are very knowledgeable about the product and if you say you want something like a fruity decaf tea they can offer many suggestions. This place is part of Keep it Local by the way!

Typically the only tea that interests me is the southern sweet style. I'm not very classy. However, t has provided a great environment and such friendly service that they may be working to change me. Every time I'm in I tell the person behind the counter what kinds i've liked before and they suggest something new. I really like trying out all the new tea and figuring out what pleases my taste buds. So take it from me, if you feel like you don't like anything but Red Diamond, just try this place out, they might change your mind.

Great atmosphere and very cool and laid back. The tea is amazing, and the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable! If you're having trouble deciding between their almost 100 types of tea, she can help!

This place is absolutely incredibly. The interior is so inviting and the employees are very warm and hospitable.

You can literally ask about any tea and they go into serious detail about the caffeine, the texture, smoothness, etc of the tea. They are incredibly knowledgable.
