Volcano Sushi Bar & Hibachi

The entire meal was excellent. Appetizers came out quickly and were clearly freshly prepared and cooked with good ingredients. The sushi was prepared nicely and came out tasting amazing. Hibachi fried rice was top notch as well.

I ordered the steak hibachi medium well done. It was cooked to perfection but was very bland. Everything lacked flavor and richness including the rice and the side of noodles that comes with the hibachi. It was disappointing. On top of that the only condiment at every table was soy sauce, no salt, nothing else. The complimentary pickled cucumbers they served while we waited for our appetizers were poorly presented on a saucer and cut in random chunks, although the hubby said they weren't bad. The sushi was good so I guess that's a plus. Overall three stars because the food was good, not great or excellent.

Very busy, but we were seated quickly. Service was on spot, and drinks, appetizers and main course came on fast and was very tasty. It was presented as well as it tasted. Will be going again...SOON.
