(May 25, 2022, 6:07 pm)Tight machines. In friendly wait staff. Poor service in Thunder Grill. Great breakfast buffet service in buffet is really good. Smiling faces, real service. I can't believe that Osage took out the one and only free drink machine. And since reopening they put in a vending machine for drinks. This is sad, very sad and cheap.

(July 17, 2020, 2:26 pm)This place is really enjoyable. From a hospitality standpoint it's a first rate place. The casino is pretty tight, which I expect from a tribal business to flourish. In comparison to other longer established tribal casinos in other states, i find payouts here are not good at all. I really like this casino and i hope in the near future they relax their machines and let gamblers get more back, it would make it a lot more fun and be better for the community. Gambling can be an addiction which casinos can prey on but they can also be great centers for entertainment and fun diversion. I love casinos and i hope that we see bigger payouts more entertainment and fun in the future from Osage.
