Do not let the food truck fool you. This is a top notch sushi restaurant that happens to be on wheels. The Sushi rolls are simply Amazing. Super friendly staff. If you are in the Cushing area it is a must try. If you have never had sushi this is a place to try it... Because badly made sushi will ruin you from the experience. The noodles and other Items are all just as good. My hope is they do well enough to build a brick and mortar here like they have in Perry.
