The food had great flavor, but everything was dry, My wife had the sliced brisket and sausage, i had the pork loin, ribs, sausage. The lady at the register informed us that the mac n cheese was kraft. All in all the place is clean, people are nice food had great flavor. I spoke with Vernon the owner and He informed me this is not the normal occurrence, as far as the meat being dried and that He was glad that we called to speak with Him. COWBOY UP! Ladies and Gentlemen support your small businesses they have bills to pay and families to feed too.

To go order. Brisket very tender. Spare ribs great taste. Good smoke on the meat.

    Below average experience.

The meat is good but don’t expect good service or anything else on the menu to be good. The sides are below average and the service is barely acceptable. I ordered Mac n’ cheese and got Kraft macaroni from a box. Stuff like this really makes me choose different restaurants when deciding where to go for date night. I hope the business improves because it has more potential than a box of macaroni.
