It's an amazing little Ramen shop! Probably the best smoked pork belly I've had in a long time ❤

Finally! Delicious gourmet ramen in Stillwater!! Ate here for dinner and the Tori Paitan ramen was superb (I got extra pork belly as seen in the picture and will also get an extra egg next time). The broth was some of the best I've had and the egg was incredible.

The pork belly was delicious and more bbq style than ramen style. By that I mean it had red smoke rings and incredible amounts of flavor but wasn't the typical chashu.

The bamboo shoots were easily the best I've ever had, usually they offer texture and not much more but these were pleasant to eat and had loads of flavor.

Going backwards, the homemade pork wontons as an appetizer were delicious and bathed in a mildly spicy chili oil with chili flakes that add so much to the texture and flavor. I kept my bowl of chili oil and added it to my ramen halfway through.

The rose lemonade was delicious but I bought a can of Thai tea from the front grocery store and had it with my meal. It was a fantastic idea and I hope that continues to be an option.

The decor is extremely nice and service impeccable.
