Great lattes made with real espresso. Wonderful, fresh, great ingredients! The best breakfasts in Stillwater! The tumbler hash browns are amazing. I had the classic eggs Benedict were fantastic. The best Sunday brunch. It's usually packed with people waiting an hour outside for a table, but if you take the high chairs along the windows or at the bar, you can be seated immediately. Plenty of parking in the lot or on the street.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience! The atmosphere was relaxing, our waitress was great and the food was superb! I enjoyed the deep fried eggs and "the kitchen sink".

Hatch Early Mood Food in Stillwater, Oklahoma is a happening place! For just opening two weeks prior, it was busy, but we were seated immediately.

Did not have to wait long for service. The menu offered so many great choices. Fries were a side choice for my sandwich. I asked if they were frozen or fresh. They were freshly made. Once ordered, our food came out in good timing and was awesome!

I was asked if I wanted ketchup for my fries. I usually do, but the seasoning on them was perfect, not overwhelming. No ketchup needed on those fries!

Service continued to be superb throughout our stay.

Hatch restaurants are opened in other cities, so it increases my chances to go and enjoy another excellent meal.

New to Stillwater. I highly advise using Waitlist. Very busy. The kitchen is still working out the kinks, and it took a while to get our food. But, everyone at the table said their food was good. Recommend the hashbrown tumblers. I had the Tuscan eggs Benedict, very good. The pancakes are as large as a dinner plate. Our waitress kept our coffee filled and was attentive. Nice addition to downtown Stilly.

The Hatch is fantastic. It was very busy at 10:30am on a Saturday, but that is also probably because it was graduation weekend. We were able to sit 4 of us at the bar and avoid waiting for a table. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for Atmosphere is because it was a bit loud, but with that it was busy and we sat right in front of the kitchen. Sitting at the bar gave us a front seat at watching the kitchen work. They were cranking out some good food, and the person expediting food and I assume the head chef were making sure everything was perfect. I saw them only a couple of times reject something that came up to the pass. That's the kind of quality control you want in a restaurant. Food and staff were fantastic. Making sure we had everything we needed and did that with a smile on their faces even though they were extremely busy. Brunch prices were reasonable, most items were about $10-14. There were some items $17-20 but you got lots of food for that price. This is going to be our new brunch spot in Stillwater.
