“My daughter-inlaw wanted to eat here because she said it had great down home country food. Well I wasn't that sure because her track record for picking restaurants hasn't the best. Honestly I thought this place can't be that good. I stand corrected & was so wrong. She ordered one of the best chicken fried steaks I've tasted. I've never seen a chicken fry that big. I'm talking huge & it was outta this world good. I played it safe & ordered shrimp. They were good but not outta this world good. When back in area I'll defiantly come here & get the chicken fried steak for sure.. Yum😋 The staff are extremely helpful . My little 1 year old grandson made a huge mess. The waitress didn't even roll her eyes us like some do. I highly recommend this restaurant. Portions are big, prices are fair & the place was clean. Especially bathrooms. I tend to judge a place by the bathroom because if they're not clean then employees sure as heck not cleaning the kitchen. It's a great little diner.”
