Billy Boy Bar-B-Que

Food's not bad, but IMO, it's expensive. The joint was clean, the service was fine but I had a half pound cheeseburger with a soft drink and a side of okra and my total was $13.43. And that's without the tip. IDK. Maybe I'm too cheap. They were busy, so maybe that's not expensive to the Shawnee folks.

Didn't have the BBQ but the catfish baskets were fulfilling and very tasty. Our kiddo loved the big corn dog and the mac-n-cheese. Very polite, staff who got our order correct, thank you!

This review is a long time coming. My wife grew up in Shawnee and one of her favorite meals is the fried chicken salad with Billy Boy’s house made ranch. We have since moved from OK. We have moved around a lot over the past few years, being a military family and I wanted to surprise my wife with something special. Billy Boy house made ranch. So I spoke with the owner and he said that he would see what he could do. After a few weeks I received a call for the owner saying that they had created a dry recipe that they would ship to me and they did. I can’t recommend Billy Boy strongly enough. The owner of Billy Boy BBQ is epitome of what it means to be a patriotic American. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. It is not often that you a establishment so dedicated to American Soldiers. Thank you guys. You’re amazing. Very military friendly. Great service, fantastic food.
