Buffalo Wild Wings

We really love to eat here! Carlee is the best! The restaurant is Always clean and the servers are great!

Well, we waited for over an hour for half of our parties food. Then the waitress when questioned talked to the manager and she either didn't turn in that half of the order or the kitchen lost the order. Then, you'd think that the waitress would have talked to a manager about our situation and what could be done, but we had to get the manager and then they only took $20 off of a near $100 order. There was no above and beyond or real sincere apology from anyone. The only saving grace was when we did get our food it was good, hot and fresh.
Now, the manager did say the waitress was new, she did apologize, but it didn't seem sincere or special. I would have thought $30-40 off would've been better, maybe the $20 off and a free dessert for everyone, maybe even the $20 off and a gift card of $10-20 would've been better.
It would have been more understandable if they were medium to super busy, but it was slow and there were 4-5 waitresses standing around the register talking.
So, if you're not in a hurry, it may be the place for you, but if you're in a hurry or traveling through Shawnee on your way through OKC, Midwest City or Del City, I'd wait and stop at one of those Buffalo Wild Wings.

Haven't been here in years but the staff was so friendly, we had our little girl and every waitress that walked by smiled at her, even a guy, whom I think was the manager was walking around checking the place and even asked us if the food was good. Had fun, plan to go again soon.
