    Im not sure of your policy on dealing with rude customers but i just witnessed a horribly rude individual talk down one of the employees. I mean he was horrible and should have been told to leave. The employees we great in handeling themselves and kept a smile and even still told him to have a great day. The employee he was speaking to did not deserve to spoken to like that ever. I hope she is ok.
