I hadn't had a Braums burger since they shrunk them and changed the menu, but I wanted a burger so I went to get one. I ordered a 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger and asked for it to be cooked fresh. The cashier tells the cook who says and I quote "I just took a bunch off the grill" and about 30 seconds later he hands me a sack. I pulled the burger out and already feel that it's barely warm. I unwrap it and the cheese is coagulated. I pull out my food thermometer and start checking the temperature. It stopped at 140°F huh? You claim this just came off the grill though? The manager came and asked if something was wrong. I said yes, beef is supposed to be cooked to 165° and can be hot held at 145°. As you can see, this is maxing out at 140° when I asked for a fresh cooked burger, but your cook said he'd just cooked a bunch of patties. He took the burger and told the cook to cook a fresh one for me. He said something smart back and the manager told him he doesn't care! He then let me know it would take about 7 minutes to cook me a fresh burger. Now the remake was piping hot with melted, not coagulated cheese!! I drove half a mile home, got settled and it was STILL piping hot! Now that's fresh. And thanks for finding a few Pecans Pralines & Cream ice cream for me! That gave you a star boost!

Good visit. Would like to see a wider array of the no sugar added frozen yogurt.

They didn't get our order correct. Had to go back up and get additional items we ordered that they didn't put on our tray. Restaurant wasn't as clean as most Braums restaurants. Milk shake area had ice cream splatters on the milk shake stands and ice cream melted on the counter. Floor, tables and benches could have used cleaning too. Several employees behind the counter. Not sure what the issue was this trip to this particular location.
